Gotta go Goebbels on this one. Getting a whole society to look the other way while they eliminated 6 million people is a serious propagandist.
Karl Rove is just slime. I would like to invert his pudgy little face though.

That is political propaganda and mixes apples with oranges. There is no comparison because they lived in different eras with completely different circumstances. Goebbels controlled all news in his country, Rove obviously does not. Goebbels was in a military dictatorship, Rove is not. Neither was actually a propagandist, Goebbels did not have to be clever at all, he just denied reality to the very end without hope of disagreement. Rove is a political spin doctor which is the modern way of dealing with lazy journalists. Propaganda is using absurd terms such as reducing your statement to just trying to use a Nazi and a modern politician in the same sentence, simply to sling that and not to make a point. That is propaganda in the strictest sense. If you hate Karl Rove, and I am guessing you do, then you need to hate yourself because your statement embraces exactly what you say you hate. What would be the difference between you and Karl Rove? Not much as it turns out.

Karl Rove certainly would get the vote, but that is because he has access to far more media than Goebbels ever did. Trying to compare two people that lived sixty + years apart is a bit like cpmparing apples and oranges.
