Other than housing and transportation, the cost of living in the entire Greater Vancouver metro area will be very similar. I say this because I noted you asking this question for a number of the cities that make up the Vancouver area.
A two bedroom apt. in Vancouver will run $950 to $1,700+ depending on area, size, and type. A three bedroom house will rent for $1,600 on up again depending on area, size and how nice it is.
All other costs (utilities, phone, cell phone, groceries and sundries, entertainment, meals out) will all be comparable in the entire Vancouver area.

nicely, I even have lived in BC fr like 35 years and the fee for sure retains going up nicely think of roughly 1500.00 or greater for hire, then yet another 500 for foodstuff and approximately 2 hundred.00 for a transit bypass (in case you dont have a motor vehicle) yet another a hundred and fifty-2 hundred month for utilities. Richmond is development a clean skytrain area to the YVR (airport) and the taxes are going way up i might think of roughly shifting farther out of the GVRD like the Fraser Valley the place you do not have the burden of better fee residing....... sturdy success to you and your loved ones in case you desire help, touch me
