Some place below the level of the water tank there will be a petcock. I'd start looking near the place where you fill the tank, even under the edge of the trailer. If the trailer is of any quality at all it will be easy to reach, because draining the tanks is a common task.

If there is no drain plug for it you can get a pump that you can out the impeller down the pipe to fill the tank until it gets to the bottom and you could pump the water out of it. If it has a drain plug that is the best way to go

There should be a valve on the same side as the water fill. Should be low on the trailer, if not look up under the trailer in that area. The valve will look like the ones on this web site

first do not turn on the pump you do not opt to get the gasoline on your strains you'll opt to empty the sparkling water tank and fill it again up then placed some bleach or some form of cleanser in it the gasoline should be the most suitable element to come back out of your drain because it really is lighter then water. yet once you drain it go away the drain open and flush it with strait water for a minimum of 10 min. then fill area way up and drain again and see if it smells like gasoline if it does then you definitely will opt to replace the tank

You could run the faucet until it is dry, but that does not get the bottom stuff out. I hope you find a drain plug.
