7-11 is a great place to work if you don't mind getting stuck on the night shift. Now and then a drunk or two hanging around the door irritating your customers... and you. Hours and hours on end of mind numbing bordome...
Oh, and the occasional gun stuck in your face and demands to hand over all the cash...

now that 7-11 is selling to franchisees the experience one can tell you is moot
franchisees workers encounter different benefits etc than Southland corp employees
example retirement med cov etc is optional to the franchisee now not always available to employees anymore

i dont think so my friend worked there for 3 weeks before he got robbed and the company didnt even care about him, they then fired him because he gave the robber the money. personally i think that was Fed up but hey its a money making world...

it really depends on ypour store manager and the location of the store and neighborhood you work in- these factors will determine your working environment
