I don't think anything concerning humans can be separated cleanly into biological or social constructs. I think our sex determines a lot of our gender and how it influences the way we live (i.e., hormones).
Having said that, I do think a large part of gender construct is socially devised. The little girls are handed dollhouses and toy microwave ovens; the boys are given model cars and play catch with their dads outside. I think that has a lot to do with how each sex acts according to gender, but I still think these social influences are more of a reinforcement of biological construct than a creation of gender itself.
It's early here...I hope that made sense. :)

No, gender is a psychological construct. it really is, interior a similar way as sexual orientation, determined with assistance from the neural configuration of the cerebral cortex. "Ive been in different international locations that dont have the rigid gender 'roles' that we do right here, party; i replaced into in a particular united states and the lads went loopy for pink t-shirts even as they were given clothing as a charitable act, that they'd under no circumstances be recommended ''pink isnt for boys'' so for this reason thats an party of gender as a social construct." Gender *roles* are really a social construct. Gender itself even if is a effect of neurobiology.

Gender is a social construct as sex is the determination of certain genitalia. However, a male can construct themselves to look like a female by wearing skirts and make up. However, unless the male has a sex change, he is still male. Gender is physical appearance of your perceived sex. However, you can see that a female can appear like a male and still be a girl and vise versa.

Gender is a fact, independent of society. What one does with that is where the social construct comes into play

it's both, look at animals in natural some animals the females like pinguins chose there mate, then in others males chose theres and take care of the babies and vice versa. I suggest use nature and certain animals as examples of natural domination
Pinguines and woman in charge
Gorillas the males are in change etc. Then put in the modern human US couples verses some other place in the world like Japan purhaps where men sometimes take there wifes last name
