Yes. I went back to Leamington Spa - land of my university days (which weren't so long ago, but long enough to feel nostalgic about).
Whilst there I had coffee in my favourite, favourite haunt: Rhubarb (formerly Rhubarb Rhubarb), which is now more of a classy-but-quirky restaurant than a trinket-filled cafe, but still full of atmosphere.
People-watching just isn't the same when you live in a tiny northern village and the only 'people' are eighty-five and on their way to buy carrots.

Yes, I hung upside down on the monkey bars, at the park. Haven't done this in over 35 years and it was exciting to know that I could still do it!

Yep, this Saturday I went out of town to have a good time instead of having to do something I didn't care to do! Haven't done that since.... wow, I can't remember.

Called and actually talked to a very good friend instead of just e-mailing, we talked for over 2 hours, the sound of a friends voice can never be replaced by e-mail

Yes. 2.5 miles on the treadmill yesterday. The Papa John's 10 Miler is the 31st and I haven't trained at all. (I'll be walking all of it this year!).

Yes - got a babysitter and went out to a gig!! Yay - it was really good - The Bees are a super good band that more people should be listening to.
