I did a little plumbing work over the weekend and got a little bit of the Oatey Purple Pipe Primer on the new tub - needless to say I can't get it off - any one got any suggestions? Or am I stuck looking at these stains?

That is tought stuff to get off. Try Mothers Mag and Aluminum Polish available at an auto store. It should not harm the porclean or resin tub as long as its not painted. That usually gets off the most stubborn stains.

Try a smooth type of cleanser. Don't use a cleanser with grit, as this could harm the tubs finish. Next time, use drop cloths over your work area, and for finish work, use clear primer!

Im not sure but i know what it is and it does stain everything it touches when i work with it. Go to your local hardware store and ask them if they have an suggestion. Maybe some paint thinner will take it off.

I've had lots of success getting stains off with Borax, look for it next to laundry detergents.
