are these cartoon characters based on sergent bilko and co they are very alike and i love them both.

I named my cat TC after Top Cat remember Officer Dibble i think he was called a brilliant cartoon series
I think today's generation would still love it

Yes i think topcat was based on Phil Silvers from Bilko

They are not necessarily based on Bilko & co, but the voice overs were done by them.

I would say so,brill wasn't it.What cartoons today can compete?They don't make them like they used to.Yogi Bear,Huckleberry Hound,Tom and Jerry,etc,happy days.
