i love pink floyd and i just wanted to know if anyone else likse them 2? probably not. but still if you do then send me a message. also if you can say what your fav. song by them, i would greatly appriciate it. im taking a poll.

still likes pink floyd? like, every songwriter in the world "still" likes pink floyd! they're UnREAL!!!! lol. i think you've been hanging in the wrong groups, is all!
they STILL sell enormously-well and the memorabilia is constantly flying off the shelves - especially the prism tee-shirt. "the wall" and "dark side..." changed music forever and the fan following will NEVER go away. ever!
also, didn't you see when sid died recently all of the tributes and how many people went out and bought 'piper at the gates of dawn" again?
i'll say it loud: I 'STILL' love pink floyd...and always will!

you'd be surprised at just how many people still like floyd. their music was innovative and ahead of it's time, and their sound is still appealing today, regardless of all the crappy pop music that has become the cultural standard.
my favorite song? yet another movie from a momentary lapse of reason, a vastly overlooked and underappreciated song from their second to last studio album. for some reason, a lot of people think that pink floyd died the day waters left, and that pink floyd wasn't worth listening to anymore. but gilmour is so talented in his own right, that he could have been a successful musician even if floyd never existed. roger waters was and still is a very narrow minded composer.

There are so many people on here that love Pink Floyd... if she isn't on here already, I know that Led*Zep*Babe loves them. As for me, they're my favorite band!

why wouldnt one still love pink floyd. actually on sat nite my hubby and i watched a pink floyd concert on channel 21 in nyc. they were even selling their stuff. it was very cool.
