Im trying to find a good Natural Child birthing class. I'm wondering what u guys have used and what u think is the best or any other info that u could give me

Do you have Bradley childbirth classes in your area? They are HUGE on natural birth. Also, my husband and I are reading a book called "The Birth Partner" which is so amazing. Feel free to email me - I am way into natural birth and went unmedicated with baby #1. Hope to do it again with #2!

I went to a natural child birth class at the hospital. It was so interesting. I would highly reccommend doing one as well. I learned all the new techniques you can use to relieve the pain. I will be using the ball to sit on while I have contractions.

Our local hospital had childbirth classes and so this is what we used. The best thing I learned was the breathing technique. It sounds so silly but it really helped with the contractions. The technique even helped me keep it together when I broke my leg and had to wait for help to arrive.
