As u are presently doing the course - there is no need to give u a carer guidance :)
what u need next is keen observation and application of what u are studying in the right way, so sharpen ur senses for that
Be update with the methods also read more on other methods which can provide help to ur clients.
Be humble and gentle to ppl - talk mildly, and train ur self now to it self so that can understand the frustration ur clients will be going through due to the aliment or condition they are in
And be confident in ur self

you go for training programmes in big hospitals,so that u can get more exposure to more patients and u can get great experience rather than being a book worm....

just talk to your patients and try to understand them and be there for them when they need you...just remember its not about yourself its about them and what they need...thats why you got this job isnt it?
