when I try to print a paper from any program it sends it to my documents and will not print. HELP?

I've tried printing from word, note pad and various other areas.
Each time it sends it to my documents. It will not print it from
my documents either. It just keeps saving it there if I don't cancel it. It's driving me crazy.Won't print print from printers query, just sends it to my doc.'s

Sounds like you don't have your printed set up completely. Try this . Go to Start on your desktop. Then click Printers and faxes. See if your printed is listed. IF it is, make sure there is a check mark on there. If there isn't then you need to right click the printer. then select "Set as Default printer". Then try to print. Hopefully that works. To make sure that your controls are not mess up then you need to go to file on your document and select print from there. If that works and your other controls don't then you need to go to the question mark in the comment box and change your controls. Or select tools on the toolbar, customize then options. Then change it from there.

The problem is that you have it set to "Print to file".

In your printer driver (Ctrl-P), there is a little check-box with the words "Print to file" next to it. This means that the printer will print to a saved location in your harddisk.

You need to UNCHECK that box. Then everything should be back to normal.

Just make sure the correct printer within the print window, and NOT the default Windows Fax print.

if in case you've a pending records to print. Cancel all records to print the thanks to attempt this: start up>Settings>Printer and Faxes> bump into your workstation form/form and proper click on it and choose cancel all records. If each of the records replaced into no longer can-celled, get rid of your printer cable connected on your workstation and shop of clean your living house windows. In some case if the rfile gained't cancelled, restart your workstation and see if the rfile replaced into all cancelled. in case you do not have pending records to print and once you attempt to print something and it got here out sparkling, attempt to reinstall your printer motive force. strong success
