It really varies. Anywhere from later today to a few weeks from now. Good Luck! My daughter's teething too and driving me nuts! LOL!

Usually about a week for it to come through, though it varies by child and some teeth come in faster than others. My 7 month old has 7 teeth now...all four of her top front teeth came through within days of each other which was a treat let me tell ya! Last night we got our first full night of sleep in over a week by using the night-time orajel and motrin. I was kind of against using orajel but after that much lack of sleep SOMETHING had to be done LOL
It should get better in a week or two. Just keep trying to make him comfortable, provide lots of teething toys and tylenol or motrin as needed. Good luck!!

My 7 month old's first 2 teeth finally broke thru yesterday. We went through about 2 weeks up not sleeping good and being generally fussy, which is so unlike him. I noticed that his little gums had been swollen for about a week and then yesterday low and behold they finally poked thru.
They should poke thru any time in next week and be prepared for a completely different baby. My son is back to his regular playfull self and he actually slept thru the nite last night for the first time in weeks!

Poor little mite... and poor mum too! It varies and some kids have them go up and then back down before they erupt properly.
Have you got teething gel? A teething ring/toy? I used to put my sons teething ring in the freezer to get it almost frozen... the icy coldness helps numb the area and he can chomp down nice and hard. I also used to give him a peeled raw carrot to chew on - at that stage they can't bite chunks off but it's a good idea to watch them at all times.

I can completely sympathize with you I am going thru the same thing right now and he is driving me crazy.
I wish I knew how long it takes too! Give him things to bite on to help them break thru the gum. Try some baby oragel with the tylenol at night too!
Good Luck and say good bye to the toothless grin!

Could be any time. My sons loved to chew on frozen bagels when they had that. It kindof froze the gums and made them hurt less as they'd chew on the bagel.

It all depends....it will be soon though but to give you an exact time would be tough..........just take it easy........it's so painful for them.
