taking a dose of robitussin helps your cervical mucous to be the right consistency for sperm. Also make sure you have plenty of folic acid (orange juice), to help with the conception. It doesn't hurt to start taking daily vitamins now- flinstones plus iron. If that makes you consipated, increase your roughage or take come colace.

I really think that just eating healthy and staying away from stress are the best way to increase fertility. However, I was looking on the internet once and I found an article about this tea its called "Fertilitea" which is funny huh? but they say it works. look it up on the internet maybe it will help! good luck

None really increase, but foods to avoid are soy - because it's an estrogen imitator (there's a proper term for that, but can't think of it!).
