I think it's time you saw a gynecologist. What you are describing could be a sign of a serious medical condition. If you are relatively young, to not get pregnant after two years is not normal.

Firstly don't go to the toilet immediately after sex. Stay on your back and place a pillow under your bottom so it tilts you hips upwards. This forces the semen to sit against the neck of the cervix.
Secondly you should see your doctor as you may have an infection that is blocking conception. Your boyfriend could also be sterile or have semen producing problems. He will need checking also.
Thirdly give it time and relax, I know it is disappointing but it took me 10 years to fall pregnant the first time and another 4 for the second baby.
The cramping may be a sign that things are not right with your reproductive system. Get it checked and then get it sorted.
Don't smoke, don't drink and research a healthy diet. Include Folic Acid in your diet with vegetables that are high in it and if not get the tablets from health stores.

Good luck! But be patient with yourselves!!!

hi the first part of what you said about it all leaking out is normal, (it feels like it's all leaked out but it hasn't)some women swear by everything to putting a pillow under themselves, to putting there legs in the air personally i just suggest that you don't get up straight away just lay there for a few more minutes afterwards

as you are having irregular periods, and bleeding in between periods you do need to go to the Dr and get refereed to a gynogoistist. (as this is a sign that there something is wrong)

but there are things that can be done, such as clomid this is the most commen and well used fertility Drug as it has such grate success.

i know it's hard but go to the dr talk it through and get refereed, the tests are not all that bad (Ive had them done myself) that way you know exactly whats wrong and then you can go on something like clomid or some other kind of fertility drug and take it from there.

good luck xx

You should have a gyn look at you and rule out any fertility issues. If you don't want any leakage, put a pillow under your hips and stay in that position for atleast 15-20 minutes after intercourse. But I must say, after two years of actively trying, you probably should see someone for a workup. You may not be ovulation or lack the hormones to carry out a pregnancy past a few days. Best of luck.

You need to figure out when you are ovulating for the best chance to get pregnant. Usually it's right in the middle of your cycle (day 1 being the first day you start your period) so if your cycle is 28 days your ovulation time is somewhere between 12 - 16 days. Sometimes women cramp when ovulating, so if that happens to you it's another way to tell it's the right time. Don't have sex everyday as this will lower your boyfriend's sperm count and lessen your chances
Good luck
Hope this helps

It took me 4 years to get pregnant and a sudden change of circumstances (i.e was promoted at work) anyway i decided that for the forseeable future making a baby wasnt a good idea as my boss wasnt the most understanding of people. As luck would have it the very next day i found out i was expecting my daughter (now 3) and i swear sod's law had everything to do with it, when your not trying your body is more relaxed. the harder you try the longer it will take,,,,, my advice is to stop worrying, enjoy lovemaking and when baby comes it will be well worht the wait......good luck

I have exactly the same problem with leaking. Even when I put a pillow under my bum it still leaks out! If the pains are really bad you should go to your doctor. It took 13 years for me to be diagnosed with endometriosis. I hope you don't have this but it's best to get it checked out. Sorry don't know what to suggest about the leakage but if you find an answer let me know?

So I'm assuming your periods are not regular. They say 14 days after your period is when a woman ovulates. I would try to make love within a week after your epriod and everyday until its been 3 week safter your period. its the naturalist way to do it without all those tests and stuff. You can spot if pregnant. my mom had 6 periods with me nad found out she was pregnant at 6 in a half months along. crazy huh. good luck and if you feel any early symptoms like sore breasts or frequent urination than id defenetly test.

like you, i have been trying to conceive for over 2 years now and still no baby!! the leakage thing is normal, just put yourself in an elevated position so it doesnt run out (believe me, after the act im like a bloody gymnast, lol) the cramping and the fact you havent conceived yet is a bit worrying. im now under a fertility specialist and have been diagnosed with polycycstic ovary syndrome. although the news was devastating, now i know why we are struggling to fall pregnant. i know what its like evry month waiting and waiting and the slightest symptom and you think your pregnant. i hope everything works out for you sweetie xx

It all leaks out.... that's just normal gravity bringing the seminal fluid back out. It doesn't mean that millions of sperm haven't already got into your uterous.

A year of trying is when they say get yourselves investigated.
