These are functions it claims to offer

• Fixing Registry Errors
• Temporary Files Cleanup

It seems like you've got adware on your computer. If it's possible try to download a malware/adware/spyware remover--I've listed the two best ones below.
Ad-Aware SE (this version is free and good)
SpyBot S&D
After that, install and run it. In most cases the software will detect the adware and be able to remove it. If it can't be removed, try doing an internet search on " (insert name of adware found) removal instructions".
If access to the download sites is not available due to the adware, you can ask a friend to help you download the installer and pass it to you on a thumbdrive or CD.
Hope this helps. Adware sucks. Big time.

Install these programs, update them, and run scans. They will pick up stuff, called Spyware, that does cause things like that to happen. It is unwanted, kinda like a virus, and shouldn't be in any computer whatsoever. It can come bundled with software or a program that you download so be aware what you install on your computer. After you scan, delete everything that the programs find. You dont' need it and you wouldn't want it. Spyware is used to track what you do online, used for advertising purposes, to track any typed information (such as credit card numbers, etc.), and so forth.. it also slows down your computer's performance.. Good luck:
Spybot - Search & Destroy:

Ad-Aware SE Personal:

AVG Anti-Spyware:
http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Spyware/3000-8022_4-10610898.html?tag=lst-0-2
Also be sure to grab the free Anti-Virus program from the same company - AVG Anti-Virus:
http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition/3000-2239_4-10645435.html?tag=lst-0-1
The AVG products offer real-time protection (they will monitor if anything tries to come into your PC). If something tries to come in, it will prompt you if something bad tries to install into yoru system.. :-D You can't get any better than that..

If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/
1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://spywarekiller.hyperboards.com/index.php?action=view_topic&topic_id=4 do that now .Update it http://www.spybot.info/en/howto/update.html (latest updates on 14th march 2007) and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html
then run AVG Anti-Spyware Free
http://spywarekiller.hyperboards.com/index.php?action=view_topic&topic_id=39&latest=1
then
2) Do an online virus scan to check and remove virus and spyware if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

Run Secunia Software Inspector http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/ .Securina will tell you which of your software is outdated and have holes in them through which the spyware are entering.

Well, lots of websites display ads so it is not possible to exclude those ads. Otherwise clean all the Trojans and junk that the manufacturer of your computer installed, and you will be happier.
