Iv read this answer on a question about racism and I assume a black person judging by his picture as has answered "it the n igger way"!
If black people use this word, can everyone call them this? Listen to gangster rap, the n igger word is used all the time but blacks dont kick off about this! If a white person should say it, they are called rasist. What do people think and should the wprd rasism continue to be taken seriously?

No, it is not alright for everyone to use it.
It would appear you need to be an African American to have that right.
I think it is the ugliest word in the history of mankind and it should be banished from everybody's vernacular.
It makes me cringe to hear anyone say it or to even read it.

The word racism is fine, it is the practice that is abhorrent.
And yes it should be taken very seriously, anything that insidious should never be trivialized.
