you can only watch it on sky as they bought the rights to show it off channel 4

Depends where you are. If you are in UK, you can watch on Sky one. You could also download it off the abc website if you are in the US. It is possible to download using bit torrent from the internet. however, it takes about 8-10 hours to download with broadband.
you only need to search lost bit torrent and you can download one. There is one uploader called deathmule.com that usually has Lost available on line
