Have your network in Tanzania < Africa?

presently i will do job tanzania and i have use mobile card of Zan Tel.now i will like to send msg or internet via mobile, so please give me idea what can i do?

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but you should be able to send a text message from your phone as long as your service provider is available. I don't believe Zan Tel works in Tanzania. Once you get there, you may need to get a new sim card to use. In general, Internet cafes are plentiful in the larger cities & towns, & I would recommend using those rather than trying to get internet on your phone.
