Multiple Video Cards & Two Operating systems?

i have a new computer with a nivia geforce 7900 256mb and i want to another in it. and a another question my computer has vista and i want to run another operating system on my external hardrive do u need another processor or something

First of all what type of motherboard do you have.....or the model number of the computer....

To add an operating system on an external drive, yes you can as long as boot from usb is supported in the bios....

And no you don't need another processor to run another operating system. I'm not sure if you can actually install operating systems into external hard drives. Or perhaps I should say, I've never done it so I wouldn't know how to do it..
