If it is in word......I have accidentally pulled my whole toolbar with the options of my document and onto my desktop. Then when I opened it up again it was not in word. Try looking on your desktop to see if you may have pulled the toolbar with all these options onto there. If it is on your desktop, then just click on it and drag it back onto your word document. Make sure you place it back on top where it used to be. Then close your word. But we really need to know which program you are using to know what will work the best. That should work with any program if you just pulled it off accidentally. Something else you can try is to look on your program for a question mark that is in a white comment box. This is located near the top right side of your tool bar. Click on that. Then on there it will have different options you can try. At the bottom right it says Microsoft Product Support Service. You can try to contact them and tell them exactly what happened. Hopefully this helps.
