How old are you? you should stop lusting over this person, concentrate on the good aspects of the relationship with your guy and work to spend more time with him, or if you constantly see each other, spend time with friends you are close to, these feelings simply mean you need a change of scenery for a while, u and ur bf need to hang out with a bunch of your friends for a while, try it out do something fun as a group and see if these feelings change, STAY AWAY FROM THE NIECE!

The best way to deal with those feelings is to get them off your chest. Just come out and tell your boyfriend about it. He may not give you as bad of a reaction as you think he would. Just tell him that you think shes attractive and funny. Leave it at that.
Nothing ever stops you from masturbation thinking about it though. :)

I won't make the decision of whether you should try to get into a relationship with her, but I do have two bit's of advice if you do.
First, be open and honest about how you feel with your bf.
Second, approach her slowly, talking a lot. Slowly get her ideas on female homosexuality and bisexuality. If she's negative, then you can back off with little collateral damage.

Be a grownup and knock it off. If you can't do better than lusting after your boyfriends young niece, then break up with him and get away from the situation. In the long run, that's best for him as well.

She's 18, your profile says you're 31. It's not impossible, but not likely, either. I'd say back off and don't do anything. If you make a pass at her, and she's straight, you'll be talked about in the family for years.
