Well that was nice and constructive keeper, all you have managed to do is waste some of your own life by typing that ridiculous message.

So heres what you want to do:

1. get winrar from www.winrar.com
2. open up the file, have a look inside and see what we're dealing with
3. extract the importnant bit (there may be a text file inside, there is no need to extract this, but it may be worth a read, it might have the instrctions for you.

then do 4 OR 5

4. if they are video files inside, mpeg avi etc (you can tell by just double clikcing and seeing if they play on your computer) then use sonic and say that you want to burn a video file into dvd format, i think there should be an option similarly named.

5. if you are lucky there will be an image file (iso cue etc) then open sonic and say you would like to burn a dvd from an image

Done

ps you can tell if its an image file because it will prob open up sonic when you double click it. give it a go

if stuck, look in my profile and send me an email for more help, please be specific with your questions in email though. i.e file types etc

good luck

if you don't know how to use archiver software, then dont bother asking, idiot.

Thats why there are the books over at your local library.

READ A BOOK ON IT.
