my ex's mother keeps dragging me into court trying to take my child and making false reports to dcs. My ex has had no contact with my child nor has he ever paid child support. Child support can't even find him to serve him with a court date can i terminate his rights?

She sure can and that is the wonderful thing about child protective services.
They consider you guilty until proven innocent and even if the charges are proven false they are still on your record.

As far as the ex goes can't help you there.
I know the dcs is good about hunting people down.

Yes, she can keep making these reports, but if they are false as you say, these people are going to realize that pretty quickly. It must be awful for you to go through this tho. It is hard enough to raise a child without the support of the father. If the ex-mother-in-law wants to help why doesn't she get her
son to pay child support. You might also get the offices of the
child support to give you a written letter saying he has never
paid a penny of support. It wouldn't look good on her records
would it?

You need a lawyer. If these allegations are unfounded and she continues to make them she could be charged with abuse of process. In some states Involuntary termination of parental rights could be done based on abandonment or failure to provide financial support
