If the sweet Lord Jesus knows even when a sparrow falls, he certainly would know when granny falls.
My mom, who is 91 years old, fell in her kitchen, couldn't get to the phone & had to lay there for more than 24 hours. A neighbor boy, who came to cut her lawn the next day, found her & called 911 for her. She felt Jesus close to her & sang, reviewed Bible verses she knew, and stayed calm. She was a bit dehydrated, but even her insulin levels were'nt sky high because she didn't have added adrenelin flowing through her.
As her daughter, I tried to call her at a certain time every day to see if she was OK. The fall happened a little after my call and before the next day's call. After this situation, mom decided to sell her home & move to an assisted living apartment. She is so happy about her circumstances... always praising God who loves her so deeply.
So, yes... Jesus, who is ALIVE not only heard "granny", but He helped her to cope through her trial.

Yes. Lots of people, because grannies are important.
If you fall, on the other hand . . .

Actually my grandmother fell at her house when she was 90 and layed there for 4 days alone with a broken hip until a neighbour checked on her, she ended up dying the next day, so nobody heard her fall. Thanks for the memories.

If she fell into the bath dragging a hairdyer in with her, then probably yes, as the screaming from the 240volts shock would probably be heard for some distance.
