Yes there will be.

Resources are allocated when required and when available.

ASAP means that the task is usually done before ALAP - this means that a differnt amount of resources may be available.

Think of it as a group of people sitting on a bench waiting for a bus. They get on the first one that is going their way and more arrive every minute. So a later bus may not have the same people waiting on the bench.

That depends. Changing the constraint will not change the resources needed to do the work, but if the change causes the activity to occur on different dates (which it probably will, but not necessarily) then this will change when you need those resources, and of course they may or not may be avaiable for the new dates.
