This is simle. Before you do anything, make sure that you have a wireless card installed on either your desktop or laptop, and make sure that it's on. After that, right-click on the icon at the bottom that says Local Area Network (has a red X if not connected to anything) - make sure it's the wireless connection. If it is, it will have an option that says "View all available wireless networks". Click on that and windows will tell you if there are any networks available to connect too. Look at the list and look for any that do not have a lock on them, as they are not secured and you shoudl be able to connect to them without having to type in a password. Just double click on teh one with the best connection status, and if it connects, then you have internet. :-D The networks with locks you will only be able to get into them if you know the encryption keys.

One, it is steal, not still. Two, I doubt you'd be able to handle the procedure based on your grammar skills. Three, it would be much easier to go to a place with a free wi-fi spot instead. And lastly, theft is a crime, whether it is bandwidth or anything else.

You can have the internet by sharing someone else's bandwidth. If they have a wireless connection without a password, you can connect to this wireless network if it's in range and use the internet. Otherwise, you need to ask the person for the password if it has one, so you can use it..

Hi G Dawg,
You don't have to steal. Go to Pannera Bread or Starbucks or any other place with free WiFi.

It's illegal and a crime to "steal" someone else's internet connection. Would you like someone to steal from you? Doubt it.
