Does anyone have suggestions for the best pregnancy pillow to use later on when you can't sleep on your back?

Body Pillow! You know, the really long pillows. Lay on your side, left side is best, and you just kind of hug it with your arm and leg....it is WONDERFUL! It takes so much pressure off of your back....trust me on this one!

The Snoogle pillow! It's the best. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I sleep much better than when I was using 4 regular pillows. The Snoogle pillow is shaped like a giant C which wraps around your body, it supports your back and if you turn it the other way it supports your stomach too. It may be more expensive than a regular body pillow (it's $59.99 + tax here in Canada, so approx. $68) but I would say it's definitely worth it.

Best Pregnancy Pillow

Medical doctors who have been trained in the field of Pregnancy, having seen that pregnant women go through lots of discomforts, recommend that by the third trimester you only sleep on your sides, preferably your left side to keep your baby healthy and strong. Even sleeping whilst pregnant is already a big challenge, and forcing yourself to sleep in a position which you don’t love or you are not even used to, adds to the frustration and anger.

Check JC Penney's on line, I just saw one there that wraps around you to help support you so you can sleep. I have not used it, I was just looking for my daughter but it looked good. Good luck.
