You can try second hand shops, they usually have a nice variety of prom dresses at a fair price, and you can try the thrift stores, or salvation stores, I have seen some beautiful dresses in these places. I hope this helps.

try Goodwill, Salvation Army or any thrift store, they have dresses there all the time usually less than $10, they may need a bit of fixing, but if you find a seamstress or someone who can sew, you could get it fixed probably for less than $30 depending on what it needs of course, so there you go!

i'm not exactly sure where u live but if u live in vernon hills, mundelein, libertyville, gurnee, or around those cities, go to gurnee mills. they have cute dresses and they aren't to expensive because they are outlit stores!!!
