I have my eyebrow,labrey,nose,monroe and tongue pierced. I want my nipples pierced for a few reasons and Im just wondering if the pain is horrible or is it like any of my other piercings? Any advice on piercing or pierced nipples will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!!

Yes its painful.... but you can get a local anaesthetic applied first which reduces it some. The second one does hurt worse than the first, but I dont think its an adrenaline thing.... the first one takes you by surprise..... and it hurts but you cope, with the second one you know whats coming so you tense up. Having said that its quick.....its an easy healer.....and I think getting my nose pierced hurt more.

From my experience back in the days. The first one does not hurt nearly as bad as the second. Weird huh? My friend who pierced them told me it is normal, because your adrenaline is all pumped up so it doesnt hurt the first time, but the second one catches you off guard. They are sore for a while. I took mine out long ago ( I got pregnant) but last I knew my friend said hers still pusses and has goo come out of it. I am not sure if that is normal or not. But who knows. Good luck!!

i can imagine that it hurts, and it isn't very impressive. i wouldn't do it.
