The latest poll of Iraqis show that most think their lives are better now than under Saddam. They also disagree that the violence they currently face is a "Civil war". They also believe to a high degree that it would be disastrous for troops to leave now, although they also say they wish they could leave soon.

Lets face the facts, with Al Qaeda and Iranian agents flooding into Iraq in an attempt to seize the country, violence will continue for awhile. But the cut and run philosophy of the Dems seems entirely political, and the Iraqis seem to completely disagree with them.

Iraq now: Free press, the right to vote for all, rapidly improving services and a budding free market economy.

Hich, the problem is that ABC and the BBC have already taken a strong stance against winning the war. I don't think anyone takes them seriously, as they are simply mouthpieces of the Liberal elite. They would likely have also opposed acting against Hitler, as most Liberals did pre WW2, resulting in Europe being conquered.

Talk to the people who have been there, and ask them what they've seen first hand. All of my friends who have been deployed there over the past few years all agree that things are better. This poll seems to be a pretty good assessment from what I've heard as first hand accounts.

Those silly Iraqi's should know better. I mean cmon a bunch of people in the U.S. who have never seen Iraq, save what the drive-by, tragety TV Media shows them, are much better judge of the current state of Iraq. If our liberals say that Iraq is in a state of Civil war and that Iraqi's would rather live uner Saddam...then by golly that is the truth!

When you actually see the Iraqi child smile at you and give you the thumbs up it makes the sacrifice worth it. You know that life will be better for that child because of what we are doing. And in turn I know tha tlife for my kids will be better for it.

according to an ABC and BBC poll conducted, they do NOT think things are better than under Saddam. Saddam had control, and now, there is no control. I guess you can use whatever sources that agree with you.

EDIT: love the thumbs down...oh well, some can't handle the TRUTH

EDIT: Fine, check out the USA today headlines today, front page. Or do you want to blame dems for those numbers as well. Reality has a liberal bias

DON"T WORRY - the Dems will fix them, they are going to send Obamma over to run for "Supreme Genocidal Dictator/Warlord" as soon as he looses to Hillary.

Obamma, Osamma...he's got name recognition there...

Forget polls

Dems don't have a cut and run policy, I think I can believe that b/c that would constitute organized thought....

It's funny how the war started going better for everybody since the Dems took the house and senate. Either they actually are doing better because of political pressure or the Bush media makes it appear better for the republican party.

Sure. Their lives are great now. They're being protected by OUR military. OF COURSE they love it. They don't have to pay for anything themselves, because we're writing blank checks to cover everything they need, and they don't have to provide any of their own military support because we're doing it all and refuse to lay out a plan forcing them to take responsibility for their own lives.

I'm sure they love it.

Kids love chocolate. That doesn't make it good for them.

This "poll" is a joke.

The organization that did it is a right-wing propanganda mill. They refuse to publish the details of how they conducted the poll, because even they know it is a sham.
