I recently asked the question "would it be illegal to create a virus or worms that seeks out and destroys other viruses or worms".

(Can view it here

Now this got me thinking on an ethical side. Would it be ethical to create such a thing?

The more points of views the better please.

there are already here. windows defender is kind of what u are describing.
better example- the u.s. "police" the world and uses its youth to seek and destroy "terrorists" it is accepted as ethical in fact it would be unethical not to.
virus killer seems harmless in comparison
