I would be pissed.

I think we need to change tactics and get the Iraqi's more involved. I don't think we are doing all we can on the ground right now. I think that we have our hands tied and Bush has been unwilling to change the strategy.

Pulling out however is not a strategy, it is a surrender.

It would depend on several factors. Not all Bush supporters support the war. Given this knowledge some would be happy. Another subset of rational thinking people would want to know the reasons which led to the decision before deciding whether to support it not. Then a third subset would not accept it no matter what justification was used and would call it either giving in to Democrats or a complete cut and run move. In short people are diverse and there would be a range of opinion which would reflect that diversity.

We would completely disagree with that action. Conservatives, while not all Bush supporters (he is a Liberal Republican at this point, with an dusty veto pen) are well educated on history, and see a premature pullout as disastrous. The move would likely result in Iranian control of the country, genocide on a mass scale, the loss of Democratic reforms, and chaos in the Oil markets. The end result would likely be a return to the region with much greater force requiring a draft, with the loss of huge American and allied casualties.

The surge strategy appears to be working, at least initially, and we should give it a chance to give the Iraqi people a chance.

I would find out if the top Generals agree with him. If the Generals, who obviously know more about war than Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton, say we should pull out, they we pull out!!!

Let's let military people make military decisions!
The head of the Iraq war doesn't tell Nancy Pelosi how to do her job, so why should she tell him how to do his?

I see there are a lot of liberals on here presuming to say what "they" would say...............I don't put words in your mouth, why should you put words in mine? And I, as a Bush supporter, would say.....................it is the wrong thing to do, we should finish what was started, no matter the length of time....and no matter the opposition

I don't know, but the Democrats would yell and scream that it was the wrong thing to do. Anything Bush does is wrong to them.

That would depend on what spin Bush gave. They would then follow suit.

His supporters would be speechless, because they would finally realize they were lied too.

Presently, the neocons follow their evil shepard into the Valley of darkness.
