It is OK to travel by air. As such journey by any mode of transport is OK, at 8-10 weeks. In India, condition of roads are bad for a pregnant woman, hence affordable people travel by train or by air, or in a luxury car. Do not worry. Omitting is common during this period, hence consult a Doctor, he will prescribe certain pill, which she has to take 2 hours before journey.

It's perfectly fine... just make sure she gets up about once an hour to walk up and down the aisle to stretch her legs and keep good circulation. They recommend you not flying near the end of your pregnancy in case you go into labor in the middle of the flight and they have to make an emergency landing. I flew when I was 12 weeks pregnant... it was fine! Congratulations!

As always for the next 8 months, check everything with the doctor, even little concerns. However, if everything is normal - you can usually do everything you did before pregnancy. Remember - it's a condition - not a disease. Good luck.

Yes, you are good to go. She may be more sensitive to motion sickness, so ask the OB for something she might be able to take for that. Have a good trip!

There is additional risk ...
But EVERYTHING is an additional risk. The farther
along you are, the more risk there is. As far as that
goes, DRIVING is an additional risk.
FYI, smoking, drinking etc. all form far larger risks.

I was told by my doctor it's okay to fly until I'm 7mo. However, you really need to talk to your doctor first.
