I am looking to visit Greece/Turkey and want to do a sailing trip similar to a sail croatia trip offered by 'sail-croatia.com. I don't want to hire a boat - just join (similar to an organised tour, but on a boat) a group of people and travel from island to island. Any help would be appreciated, thanks:)

You have many agencies organising short or longer cruises:

Young people are everywhere and you can meet interesting ones and continue your trip with them.

Have a nice time in Mediterranean!

There are several organized sailing trips on schooners or schooner-like boats. I know of one that caters to Dutch people and starts at Nidri, Lefkas in the Ionian Sea. I have seen several others but did not particularly notice their company and origin. I sail there every year on my own. I would google it and see what you come up with.
