To erase them completly off an object you can rub it with vinegar or rubbing alcohol...to erase them from your fingertips you would have to burn through like 2-3 layers of skin.

To erase them is simple. Stick your hand in fire until the skin melts. This might be a rather painful method, I would not try it at home, but it will replace all of the healthy skin with scar tissue.
Gloves would definitely be a less painful way and as stated above cosmetic surgery can alter but not remove your fingerprints.

No, not without extreme pain and discomfort. Rough materials will actually cause distinctive markings, which can be used to identify a person more quickly. Also, worn prints will recover quickly. The only way to permanently erase your fingerprints would be to burn your skin away with acid, or to slice them off.

I do not believe u have to burn through layers of skin--a good plastic surgeon can alter the finger prints cosmetically --just using common sense --have never actually tried this --lol---
