hi just wondering if any of you pregnant girls know if this could be a pregnancy symptom..........im not a jumpy person like noises behind me and things like that dont normally scare me ,but over the last two days i have nearly jumped through the roof 5 or so times just over people talking behind me or our surround sound system(we have had for years)and its not even loud. when things like this have been happening over the last two days i feel like im going to cry because it shocks me so much! The one thing is this is really unusual for me i cant even remember the last time i have been jumpy(even when my little brother plays pranks on me and then all of a sudden everything is sending me through the roof...almost,anyway.Well me and my partner are trying to conceive and af isnt even due for 6 days just wondering if any of you have had this problem and it turned out to be a pg symptom cause it so weird for me!! (and annoying)

Hi there, Well it could be your hormones changing thats making you feel emotional or weird. The first couple of weeks it takes your body a while to become adjusted to being pregnant so its kind of like a rollercoaster and any thing can make you freak out or cry(been there so I sympathize). But it may be that you want to be pregnant so bad that you are stressing yourself out a bit and thats what is making you jumpy. You could go and buy a pregnancy test and see, I got my positive result 4 days before my period was due. Best of luck to you :)

I had extremely sore breasts at 3 a million/2 weeks it incredibly is how I knew i became pregnant and took a try. i did no longer start to have the different symptoms until eventually approximately 6 or 7 weeks, then the backaches and morning sickness (all day long) started.

Being overly emotional can be a pregnancy symptom...but not jumpiness alone. Sounds like you want to be pregnant and you would like this to be a symptom. Good luck to you.

Its not a pregnancy symptom. It is a symptom of stress and/or lack of sleep.

Also some nutrient deficiencies can cause sensitivity to loud noises.

I've never heard of jumpyness as a pregnancy symptom.

Best of luck to you!
