I am 23 years old and am looking for some advice on my 16 year old brother Sanjay. My brother left a story he wrote out in the den. It clearly was a " sexual fantasy " letter but I am concerned about it. I feel he is ashamed to be East Indian and Hindu. He wrote this fantasy (clearly he was masturbating to this) out about he was these white girls slaves and was basically " racially inferior " in these fantasies. He talked about women degrading him and even used celebrities like Paris Hilton, Tara Reid, Jessica Simpson, Katie Holmes, Lindsay Lohan, Rachel McAdams and others. They are calling him rag head, and all kind of racial slurs while he is naked. He talked about getting treated like those naked Iraqi prisoners. I am worried about many things. What should I do?

Hey sticky fingers! Its your brothers sexual fantasy and his business only. Forget it and never bring it up.
Would you like him and everyone on Yahoo answers to know yours?

You should subtly make it clear to your brother that he should not leave those things behind.
Put it in an envelope and lay it on his bed; write on it 'you forgot this be more careful next time' on it.
That should embarress him enough not to share it with his whole family.

As for the fantasies:
So you got an insight into somebody elses fantasies.
What you don't realise are two things:
1) Your brother is not alone. Check the internet for a combination of 'fantasy' and a selection of 'sumbission' or 'slave' or 'humiliation' or similar words. Look at the number of pages found!
2) Fantasies are just that. Fantasies. Most people (remember that number of pages!) are content just to have fantasies without ever acting upon them.
For example: Lots of woman fantasize about being raped. No way they actually want to be raped! But they fantasize about it.
So fantasies are interesting, but don't mean a thing in real life.

Just because you have different fantasies does not mean your brother is weird or wrong.
You can't change the way he thinks anyway; the only thing you should change is where and how he leaves his writings.

I wouldn't worry about it and if I were you, I'd just forget about it. He has a sexual fantasy...many people do and I'm sure there are many fantasies much 'worse' than your brothers. When you realized what it was, you should have discontinued reading and put it down.

your brother is 16 and probably has a lot of hormonal build up in his body,as long as its just a fantasy everything is ok.
Dont mention it as he may become extremely embarrassed and not trust you in the future.
If you notice a change in his behaviour then maybe asking him if hes ok wouldnt do any harm
