You're probably just being paranoid. You should worry after it's been like 2.5 weeks.

All the stress can actually delay your period.

Hi hun, well all i can say is that the exact same thing happened to me,i am 24 and a mum of 2 and 1 on the way, with my first child i didn't get a positive test until i was 4 months almost!! yes all the other tests i was taking were negative, so it is possible, it is the same with my pregnancy now, i am 10wks pregnant and i found out when i was 6 weeks, i took a hpt and 3 days before my pos test and it was neg and i also did one a week before that one and that was also neg and i would of been 4 weeks coming up 5, so it is very possible that you are pregnant and that your hcg levels aren't high enough to pick up on a hpt yet, regardless of Feb being a 28 day month it is only 3 days shorter so you should of had your period already, you know your own body so if you think that something isn't right then try another test, i found that the clear blue was better, not the cheapy ones they are the ones that said i wasnt 3 days before the clear blue, and wait 3 days after you took the last test as your levels are supposed to rise. then if it is still neg and you still dont get your period, go to your doc and see if you can have bloods taken, keep me updated, because as i said this reminds me so much of what i had to go through, so i know how frustrating it can be.xx

There are lots of factors that could change the time of month you get your period. Unusal amounts of stress, an illness, even your other women friends. A yeast infection usually has no bearing on your period but perhaps you did not have a yeast infection, maybe there was something else going on. The slight discomfort in your stomach could be psychological or they could be mild cramps. The best time to take a pregnancy test is when you first wake up. Your morning urine will contain the most hormones. If you are still worried about it call your doctor, their tests are usually the most accurate, but at this point if you are pregnant, a home pregnancy test should show positive. Hope this turns out the way you want...Good Luck.

You could be pregnant especially in the candiddate days. I mean when you have sexual relation with your boyfriend from 7 th day after the periods starts or let's say 5 days after thze preiods is over and then till the 20th day from the start of the period. The most dangerous time id 2 days before and after the midcycle. In the midcycle you may fell some breast discomfort and slight rise of temperature.
Another important thing taht the pregnancy tests may yield negative results if done so early e.g first 3 weeks of pregnancy.

Same thing happened to me last year and worrying didn't help. Ended up I wasn't but you need to do another pregnancy test. First responce ones will tell you. They're good. If it's negative again chances are your not pregnant which should calm you down a bit. However if you still don't get your period after a few more days I'd go to my GP cause there are a lot of gynaecology problems that could be wrong even at your age. Good luck

Of course, you COULD be pregnant, but if the tests are negative, chances are that you're not. The tests work from the day your period is due, and although it's possible to get a false negative, it's unusual. I think what may have happened is that you're tired because you're stressed and you're looking for signs. Put your mind at rest and go to your doctors - they'll tell you for sure.

You could be. Test again now, it's been MORE than long enough to be detected by a home test. If it is still negative, see a doctor for a blood test, there are problems that can occur in pregnancies that would cause low hormone levels ALL of which need seen asap.

Sounds like you could be to me, the only way to find out is to do another test - you can get a false negative but never a false positive. Apparently clear blue tests now pick up hormones up to 4 days before your period should be here so they are very sensitive - there is also another one that does the same it is pink but I have forgotten what it is called.

its is great having babies hope it works out for ya

Of course you 'could' be pregnant but from what you've said above I doubt very much if you are.
I have had cycles that have varied greatly, I was 14 days late (and my cycle is 30 days as it is!) and convinced myself that I must be pregnant - sore boobs, nausea, tiredness, feeling dizzy - you musn't underestimate the power of suggestion and worry.
Do another test now. If it's still negative then I would say that your not pregnant - your period will arrive but not if you're worrying about it.
I hope everything works out.

Take another test. That way you will know. 11 days late is long enough for the pregnancy hormone to show up. Or not.

If you've been having unprotected sex, then there's a chance you could be pregnant. Then again, you could have delayed your period by stressing over it. If the HPT's say negative, and you're still not sure, make an appointment with you doctor for bloodtests.

Best of luck!!
