Its probably missing a codec or if you're using Windows Media Player (which is practically useless) then it probably cant download the codec.

Use another media program, like realplayer or quicktime. I suggest VLC player, it plays anything.

If you are getting no sound or pictures I suggest you have not downloaded a movie.

this is codec problem. Use another player. I recommend Divx player from divx.com -free and plays everything. They creating divx codec and players as well. For some reason people use 3-party players (windows media player, etc.)
