Talk about someone else you fancy. It can be upsetting for the other person but most people prefer to be told in a non-confrontational way - saying 'I don't fancy you' to someone's face can be devastating.

If they are harmless then I say just ignore them..If they are that bothersome I'd ask them to move on..in a nice way though,why hurt their feelings more than ya have to?

Ignoring her doesn't always do it, but it helps especially if she's got someone else.
Try being gloomy and bitter. And turn her off that way.
