on pokemon emerald I tried 2 clone my tropius holding a master ball but it faild and lost my pokemon.and then a week later i found my fire red in a box and my tropius along with master ball(ID number was Identical) was in the P.C how is this possible?

It sounds impossible unless you was trying to clone a pokemon by trading which i don't know about, but i do know how to clone pokemon on pokemon emerald. Maybe you traded it onto fire red ages ago and your Fire Red game had a glitch and brought you back to the last time you traded over your tropius with the master onto the game.

If you try to clone pokemon or items it can cause a temporary glitch. I've heard of this happening before, glitches and cloning cheats can have random affects.

thats how u do the glitch u clone it and one in ur party and one in box
By the way it clones ur team not one pokemon
but they will apear in the box u took them out of
