Thats a serious sign of heat buildup, open the box up and check all the fans, make sure the heat sinks dont have any buildup on them, if they do wal mart has cans of compressed gas to blow them clean.....Generally overheating will cause your computer to shut down to protect the processor, you could damage the processor if this isnt fixed......

Bad memory will usually cause random reboots, not just when you play a game......Bad drivers dont generally crash the system either.....

Tht is related to your Graphics card what you need to do is:
Firs Do you Have a Graphic card at all i mlean with graphic acceleration like Nvidia series Or ATi? if so try & get the latest drivers from
www.nvidia.com or www.Ati.com just see what's the name of you graphics card for exemple Nvidia Geforse Fx or Quadro or Ati Radeon or X800....
After that check your ddirectX you need to have DirectX 9c instaled so if you don't check www.microsoft.com/Directx downloads & get it
Doing all this will fix all your problems
If the problem is stil there then you either haven't a good Graph card or a virus or your Windows is damaged just reinstall it.
Keep in mind that the latest video Games requiere a Good Pc witch means A Graphic card like Nvidia 7900 or above & 1Gb of Ram & lots of HDD Space.

I would make sure of 3 things :
1.) windows has latest Direct X installed as of recently.
2.) You have most recent Video drivers installed.
3.) You have all th e game's patches installed.

If none of these work it could be your video card on board memory is going bad and making a page defualt load error and crashing your system.
