One might easily draw that conclusion !!
But, as far as the "ashamed or proud" thing
I would not place posts that I was "ashamed" of
and I certainly don't feel any "pride" about notices
of "violation" BUT -- I am consistantly----shocked---
at the things that I have had reported that "stuck"
because most all of those came from people that
simply did not like the substances of my answer as
it somehow was not what they WANTED !!
I have asked the question many times here
To whom to you report a violation of the violation reporting ??
I still have had no response to that one -----at all !!!!

Yeah, I got one yesterday for offering a rational response to a politically charged question. I suspect the person asking the question reported me. I actually pleaded my case to Yahoo, but they never responded.
On the other hand, I don't know how I'm damaged by a violation notice. I say keep 'em comin'.

i get 1 or 2 violations a day, they don't really bother me, yahoo de activates me , i just make a new acct. no biggie
