WPA or WEP?

I have an XBOX 360 attached to one port of the router and my mac is connected wirelessly. eveything is working fine but i'm not sure which one to use. WEP or WPA

WEP is easily cracked, as everyone on the internet knows the login and password. Use WPA security.

I had to do that when my broadband signal was hijacked by a neighbor in the next apartment building. Although he's tried, he's never been able to steal it again.

For security WPA has the strongest security. I have read allot about WEP being easily cracked......
