Even if you drive down the road aren't you still at your home address? If you get pulled over and asked for where you live, can't you just say, "here." Or, could the authorities place an axle bracelet around your home?

What a conundrum. Imagine if you were parked in some hole of a place and couldn't leave!
I guess some good planning would have to be in place first before you set out in your RVm especially if you know there is a possibility of house arrest. So you park your tush, I mean RV, in only interesting places. Venice Beach in CA comes to mind....lol

I don't know for sure how it works, but I'm sure you have to remain at a physical address - physical address being an address that is permanent or not mobile.

When in doubt, google.
