Hopefully away from violence, womanizing, and getting rich. I'm not saying that's all there is to hip hop, but you know there are some, and MTV's at fault for that. Anyways, why can't we go back to the days where hip hop was about guys talking about their feelings, talking about what's ideal, and what makes em happy. I remember chill hip hop, like Tribe Called Quest, PM Dawn, Arrested Development, etc. I think hip hop can go back to that. I think hip hop can trace its history back to R&B roots(not R Kelly R&B), become something that everybody can enjoy.
