Here's what you should do. First, if you can, do some jump rope drills. Second, there are some shoes that can help with strengthening your calves and give them the endurance you need to attain your goal. They're called Strength Shoes, and you can find them on eastbay.com, but they are pretty expensive. If you're willing to make the investment in them, they really do work!!!! Last, but certainly not least, strengthen your abs. This will help you more than the first two due to the fact that your abs are the basis for obtaining a decent vertical leap, but the other things I suggested, along with strengthening your abs, will have a profound effect on your leaping ability. If you stay diligent and really work at it, you'll notice a huge difference in how high you jump within the first 30 days. Good luck in the upcoming season. You'll be alright, I promise!!!!! I acheived my first dunk in a basketball game at 5' 10" tall. So it's definitely possible.

I don't think it is normal, but playing basketball that is a HUGE advantage. Since you are 15 you might grow another couple of inches. People can dunk being less than 6' tall. Look at Spud Webb and Nate Robinson, 5'6 and 5'9 guys that won the dunk contest. You will want to work extremely hard on your game if you want to make in on a major college team and even harder for NBA. Remember dunking isn't every thing. Scouts don't really care if you can dunk as much as your shooting, passing, post play, rebounding, ect. Also, defense is just as important as offencse. Hope I helped and Good Luck.

It is fairly normal to be about that height and people can dunk really well at that height and some cant.

Take Spud Webb for example, he won the 1986 slam dunk contest at the height of 5'6". Then there is people like Allen Iverson, 6'1" and cant dunk and even Earvin “Magic” Johnson (6'9") wasn't really a dunker.

As a guy or a girl at 15 you're tall but its perfectly normal. Just means you got the tall genes in you. If your a guy I would be consented about the weigh, try to gain some but don't stuff your self. If your a girl its fine. And your metabolism isn't going to be there forever so as you get older you might gain some weight.

Sure you can grow taller, but it depends on each persons genetic makeup. I am 6-1, back in my high school days I was able to dunk quite easily (in much better shape than today I might add). I was 6-0 175 white kid from the suburbs but worked my a$$ off on the court. Invest in your goals and make them reality.

Its sounds pretty normal. You've jst hit your growing spurt before everybody else. And being able to dunk it is normal. I know a 14 year old who can dunk it.
