is there really such a thing as animal magnetism?even between lesbians/gays etc..? to attract the sex you want without even trying?..kinda like that chick shane of the "L-word"

i watched a show that stated "everyone has their own special scent" and it talked of how certain people have a more attractive scent than others, making them seem more desirealbe for no apparent reason. so if we do give off certain scents, then i dont see why we couldnt enjoy and be attracted to the scent of someone of the same sex.
