I have a wirlpool dishwasher, and i have hard water where i live, My glasses and sliverware stated to look flimy and and dingy.. so i bought a dishwasher cleaner that you need to use every mo, i did, did not help, so last night i bought "jet dry" and well i went to use it but nt sure where to put it.. and clues whould help..

I would have recommended jet dry. I'd try it. If that doesn't work for you, you might have to use the dishwasher as a drying rack... unless there is some filter you can get for it.

Jet Dry makes a little plastic basket that you hang off the top rack somewhere to the front. They also make a blue liquid. For this one you will need to locate the rinse agent dispenser, it usually looks like a big plastic bolt or screw somewhere in the location of the soap dispenser. Unscrew the dispenser, fill with Jet Dry liquid till it is full. Screw the dispenser back in till hand tight. Refill every couple weeks or so depending on use.

On the inside of the door there's a place to put the jet dry...it's called the "rinse aid dispenser". I checked out whirlpool's website.You can find the manual for your model on there.Good luck!

There is a receptacle in the door for it. It should pop or twist open. If unsure, try looking at owners manual

if it is the jet dry cube you just have to toss it in the dish washer before you start
